You can book tickets for FallOut Theatre productions via this website. The booking engine is provided by Spektrix.
For Personal Enemy, It is also possible to reserve tickets by calling the White Bear Theatre directly on 020 7793 9193. Leave a message with the number of tickets you wish to reseverve and on which date. The theatre will only get back to you if there are no seats available. Any seats reserved over the phone must be paid for in cash at the White Bear Theatre prior to the performance. Reservations will be kept until 30 minutes before the performance start time, at which point they will be released for general sale. Tickets may also be purchased from the theatre immediately prior to the performance (cash sales only, subject to availability).
For tickets booked online, there is a 50p commission levied per ticket. We really apologise for this, as we dislike paying booking fees ourselves! We've add this in order to pay for the cost of processing credit and debit cards for online sales. As a registered charity, we think this is the best way of ensuring that operational costs such as these card processing fees do not come out of donations received by FallOut Theatre.
We use two third-party data processors in order to achieve a very high level of security for our online sales. The booking engine on this website is provided by Spektrix and our online payments are processed by PayPal. Card information is not passed to Spektrix or FallOut Theatre at any time, and is transferred directly between your computer and PayPal. Other personal information (such as name, address, email address, telephone number) is controlled by FallOut Theatre ("the Data Controller") and processed by Spektrix ("the Data Processor") under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Whenever you are asked to enter sensitive information such as address details or card numbers, a closed padlock icon will be displayed at the bottom of your browser window, or in the address bar. This icon indicates that all data is being transmitted securely between your web browser and the either the box office servers or the payment servers, using encryption to ensure that the data cannot be read or modified by any third party.
All information we hold about you will be held securely.
When creating an online account you are given the opportunity to opt in to receiving information by post and/or e-mail from FallOut Theatre or from the venue we are performing in.
We will only ever use the information we hold about you to contact you regarding your booking, or in accordance with the contact preferences you select when creating your account.
To provide our online ticketing service, cookie technology may be used whereby small pieces of information are stored in your Internet browser. This is used to maintain your contact with the Spektrix booking system as you navigate around the FallOut Theatre website. Cookies are a commonly used piece of internet technology and the system.spektrix.com cookie must be enabled to use the online booking on this website.
All tickets (and booking fees) must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Performances may need to be cancelled or varied because of circumstances beyond reasonable control.
FallOut Theatre may place restrictions on the number of tickets that may be ordered.
Every member of the audience must have a valid ticket.
A customer making a booking on behalf of a group, by doing so, accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all group members and becomes responsible for making all payments due from the group.
Completion of the online booking process, including the provision of credit or debit card details, shall constitute an offer by the customer to purchase tickets subject to the these general terms and conditions of sale.
The customer is entirely responsible for entering his/her details correctly during the booking process. The customer warrants that all details supplied are true and accurate. The customer is responsible for informing FallOut Theatre of any changes to his/her details once the booking is concluded.
Each booking made via this website is confirmed via an email sent to the customer's email address. It is the customer's responsibility to check this email confirmation carefully on receipt and inform FallOut Theatre of any errors immediately. Tickets purchased online for the incorrect performance cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please forward any incorrect confirmation emails to email@example.com clearly outlining the incorrect details.
No tickets are posted out prior to performances. Tickets must be collected no later than 15 minutes before the performance is due to start, (from the venue of the performance unless otherwise advised). Please bring your credit or debit card when collecting tickets as well as proof of concession if appropriate.
You must arrive on time. FallOut Theatre will endeavour to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the performance (which may be the interval) but admission cannot be guaranteed.
FallOut Theatre, and (for performances of Personal Enemy) the White Bear Theatre Club, reserve the right to refuse admission for good reason.
The use of any form of recording equipment is not permitted during performances, except with the permission of FallOut Theatre.
Mobiles phones and other electronic devices must be switched off during performances. Dogs (except guide dogs) are not permitted within the performace venue.
If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, FallOut Theatre will use reasonable endeavours to notify customers of the cancellation although FallOut Theatre does not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event. FallOut Theatre is only able to inform customers for whom it holds valid contact details. Any customer who buys tickets without giving correct and up to date contact details does so at their own risk.
Theatrical effects such as strobe lighting and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. FallOut Theatre will endeavour to warn patrons in advance when these effects will be used.
FallOut Theatre or any permitted third parties may carry out photography, general filming and sound recording of its performances. By purchasing tickets you consent to you and your party being included in and to the exploitation of such photographs, films and recordings without payment.
FallOut Theatre does not accept respsonsibility for loss or theft of any possessions brought into its performances.
Nothing in these General Terms excludes or limits FallOut Theatre's liability for death or personal injury, caused directly by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. All other liabilities of FallOut Theatre (including without limitation for cancellation, deficiencies in the performance venue or performance, or damage to property) shall be limited to the total of the face value of the ticket purchased and any booking fee.
